Taco Preparation:

Grill 6-8 scallops (thawed) until a crust forms on 2-3 sides.

Add Crema Avocado to the base of the tortilla.

Add grilled scallops on top of crema.

Top with salad of brussles sprouts, red peppers, corn and Lemon Vinaigrette.

Garnish with scallions.
