Marinade:

3 cup lemon (amarillo) juice

2 cup rice wine vinegar

1 bonche fresh parsley diced

1/2 cup dry oregano

1/4 cup garlic minced

1/4 cup salt/pepper

+++ 2 cup oil --- add while blending

 

*** Añade 4 cup de marinade para cada 1/3 pan de pollo

*** Cada 1/3 pan de pollo y marinate = añade 1/4 cup oregano seca encima

 

Pico Griego:

Square-dice cucumber, roma tomato, red onion (no dressing)

 

Taco Preparation:

Add chicken, top with TZATZIKI SAUCE

Garnish with Pico Griego (above) and feta cheese.
