Sauce (blended ingredients):

12 tomatoes roasted

2 large cans chipotle

10 garlic cloves

1 cup salt/pepper

1 large onion

4 cup chicken stock

 

Preparation:

1/2 caja pollo (boil with salt/pepper --- shredded)

2/3 x 12-qt Container Sliced Onion (concina con aciete y salt/pepper)

Añade salsa (above) and shredded chicken
