CAKE:
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat 3 minutes.
- Add the flour mixture, mix lightly. Add the melted butter, mix lightly.
- Bake 23 minutes at 350 degrees in a greased pan.
GLAZE:
One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Poke holes in the cake and pour the glaze over the top.
- Let sit for 6 hours. Finish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
